Show events, giving and services on your website

Your Hubl website uses the same church information as your events and other tools. Update an event where you manage it, and the website can show that event’s current details. You can use only the tools your church needs.

Events and service times

Start in Events to create a public event. Its public event page contains the event details and the registration option you configured. Upcoming-event sections use those records; adding a section does not create another event.

Recurring worship times come from your services. To change a time or cancel one occurrence, follow Managing Recurring Services. Editing a welcome paragraph that mentions Sunday does not change the actual schedule.

Check what visitors can reach

Open your published home page

Open the website signed out. Your chosen layout controls how upcoming gatherings and events are presented.

Follow the public event path

Open the website menu and choose Events. Find your event, open its details and check the registration option. If it is missing, check the event’s date and visibility before rewriting the website.

Link from a custom page when helpful

On a custom page, add a link to the public event or events page. Copy the address from the visitor-facing page, not its admin editor. This sends visitors to the maintained details instead of a second typed schedule.

For custom pages, use links to the public event and service information. The current custom-page editor lists connected section types, but event and service feeds may not display there. If you see a heading with no content, use a link and report the page to support.

Offer online giving when you need it

Hubl’s built-in giving requires Website or Full and completed payment setup. Follow Setting Up Stripe for Online Giving, then check your public giving page. Adding a button or link alone does not enable payment processing.

Already using another giving provider? In Settings → Website, use Custom Giving URL to point your Give button to that provider’s public giving page.

Let people watch a service

Going live is included in Full; cloud recording storage is an optional add-on. Follow Live Streaming to configure the service and its destinations. Check the public viewing page before telling people where to watch. An event’s external stream link and a broadcast started through Hubl are different setups.

Let visitors contact the right people

A website button can open a form for a visit, prayer request or question. Attach a form to a website button, then set up the helper who will receive and review responses. Publishing the button does not subscribe the helper to alerts.

Keep one source for each fact

Change event dates in Events, payment availability in Payments, and page text in Edit Website. Then check the public result. A page draft can remain private while an event or another shared setting changes separately.
