Website

My website changes are not showing

Check drafts, page visibility, connected content and your web address to find what is missing.

I can see the changes in the editor, but visitors cannot

Check the page name and church first. Saved means the draft is stored; it does not mean it is live. Click Publish, complete the confirmation, and wait for the successful result. Open the public page in a private window where you are signed out. Follow Edit and publish your church website if you need the full sequence.

My new page is not in the menu

A newly created custom page starts unpublished. Open it from the editor’s page selector and publish that page. Published custom pages appear in the public menu’s More group. Publishing Home does not publish every custom page. See Add a page to your church website.

A page was hidden, or the whole site is offline

Open the affected page in the editor. If More offers Show this page to visitors, the page is hidden. Use that action and complete any publishing confirmation. If the whole site was taken offline, open Home in the editor and publish it again. These are different controls: showing a page does not replace publishing an offline site.

The event or service time is wrong

Check the event’s actual date, visibility and recurring-service settings in Events. A typed paragraph is separate from the schedule. See Show events, giving and services on your website before changing the page layout.

An announcement disappeared

On Home, open More → Announcement bar. Check Show Announcement, the message and Auto-Expire. An expired announcement stops appearing. Make any needed changes, close the announcement editor and publish Home. See Update your website content.

I need to recover earlier content

Open More → Version history on the affected page. Inspect the version before restoring it. Restoring loads its content into the editor; publish only after checking it. Read any warning about saving or publishing from an older version so you do not unintentionally replace newer work.

The Hubl address works, but our domain does not

Check Settings → Website → Custom Domain. A domain needs correct records and completed activation. For a root address, check both the root and www version. Follow Connect your own web address; repeatedly publishing the page will not fix DNS.

I cannot find Edit Website or a change will not save

Sign in to the correct church and ask an admin to check your website access. If a save displays an error, keep the editor open and retain a copy of important new text. Check your connection and try again. Do not leave while the only copy is unsaved.

If you are still stuck, use Contact support in the Help Center, or Report issue from the help drawer. Include the page address, what you expected, and the exact error. A screenshot is helpful when it shows the failed state.
