Start from the bulletin you published last week. Your church name, logo and brand color are already on it.
Type what only you know
Click the welcome or the order of worship to change the words. Add a notice with the dates it should run.
Let the rest fill in
Service times, upcoming events, small groups and the sermon come from your church’s records in Hubl.
Publish for Sunday
Publishing saves an edition for that date. It appears on your website, on the service page and at the top of your community feed. Print it or save a PDF for the welcome table.

The bulletin you edit looks like the one people read. Click a heading or a paragraph to change it, move blocks around, and choose one or two columns. Save keeps your work to yourself until you publish.

Service times and upcoming events come from the same records your website uses. Change an event and the next edition you publish shows the change. Small groups fill in the same way. The sermon block shows the message published for that week’s service, and a block with nothing to show stays hidden from readers.
Notices that come and go on their own.
Give an announcement a start date and an end date. It appears in every edition in that range, then drops off. Mark a block for church members only when it holds something like a prayer list.
On the page for each service.
Link a bulletin to its services. Each service page then shows a Bulletin card beside the service time, and it opens that week’s edition. Readers get the next edition still to come, so you can publish a week ahead.
At the top of your community feed.
The newest edition sits at the top of your church’s community feed as This week, with the service times and how many events and groups meet. Members who open the feed during the week see it first.

Which plan includes the bulletin?
The weekly bulletin is included in Full. On Free and Website it shows in your admin menu with a lock.
Can we print it?
Yes. Print opens a letter-size page of the current edition that you can print or save as a PDF. To keep the colored header, turn on background graphics in your browser’s print settings.
Can we have more than one bulletin?
Yes. Keep one bulletin, or one for each service, such as a Sunday bulletin and a Wednesday night one.
What if we spot a mistake after publishing?
Correct it and publish again with the same date. Readers see the corrected edition in place of the old one.
Do visitors need an account to read it?
No. Anyone can read what you share publicly. Blocks you mark for church members only appear when a member signs in.
