From the first idea to the day itself.
Put an event on your church website in about a minute. People sign up right there, and your team sees who’s coming, messages them and checks them in from the same place.

Walkthrough steps
Create it from one screen
Name it, pick the day and time, and answer four questions: where it is, whether people sign up, what it costs and who can see it.
Finish it on the page
The event opens as the page visitors will see. Add a cover photo and a description right where they’ll appear. Changes save as you go.
People sign up on your website
The event is already on your church’s events page. A parent signs the family up there and gets a confirmation email.
Run it from one place
Your team sees everyone on one list, messages them with the list already in the To line, and records who came or prints a sign-in sheet.
Grow into VBS
VBS uses the same page, with a kids roster, groups, morning check-in and checkout, and an optional donation competition with a live leaderboard.
One screen, five questions.
Every event starts the same way: what and when, where, whether people sign up, whether it costs anything, and who can see it. Choose Parents sign up kids and you get a kids roster and kids check-in. Weekly services and VBS start from the same screen.
Edit it where visitors see it.
After you create it, the event opens as its own page with editing on. Click the title or the description to change them, add a cover photo, and set the date and place. A short checklist shows what’s left.
Sign-ups that fit the event.
Set how many spots there are and a sign-up deadline. A full event takes a waitlist. Limit it by age or grade, change the button to say RSVP or Sign up, or send people to another site’s registration. Questions, waivers and extras like T-shirts are one click from the page.
Everyone coming, on one list.
Each sign-up lands on the event’s list with the guest count. Add someone who signed up by phone, move people off the waitlist, export the list, or print a check-in sheet for the welcome table.
Charge for it, if you need to.
Set a price per person when you create the event, then add early-bird, sibling or deposit pricing. Card payments go to your church’s own Stripe account. The Payments tab shows who has paid, and you can record cash at the door.

A VBS week uses the same event page and adds what a children’s program needs: a roster of kids and families, groups with leaders, check-in each morning and checkout to an approved adult.

Which plans include events?
Events and VBS are included on every plan, including Free. Recurring events, groups, serving teams and card payments start on the Website plan. See Pricing for the current plan details.
Can we charge for an event?
Yes. Set a price per person when you create it and add early-bird, sibling or deposit pricing later. Card payments go to your church’s own Stripe account, and processing fees apply. Until payments are set up, people can still sign up and pay you another way.
Do people need an account to sign up?
No. Someone who isn’t signed in enters their email address and a six-digit code sent to it, then finishes signing up.
What if registration happens on another website?
Set Where people register to On another site and paste the link. Your event page still describes the event, and its button sends people to that site.
Can we keep an event off the public calendar?
Yes. Choose Only people with the link. The event stays off your website and the app, and anyone you send the link to can still open it and sign up.
