Copyright complaints

If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe material on Hubl infringes it, send a written notice to our copyright contact: support@hubl.life or Hubl Life LLC, 3180 GA-99, Brunswick, GA 31523, United States. Use the email subject “Copyright notice” and identify the specific material so we can locate it.

Copyright complaints are for claimed copyright infringement. Send other privacy, safety, or account concerns to the same support address and describe the concern. Do not include unrelated private records in a complaint.

1. Your physical or electronic signature as the owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work. If the notice covers multiple works on one site, provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the material claimed to infringe, with the page URL, media link, or other details sufficient for us to locate it.
4. Your name and contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address if available.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Consider whether permission or a legal exception, such as fair use, authorizes the material. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or mistaken removal may create liability under applicable law.

We review notices and may request missing information. For a sufficient infringement notice, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and promptly notify the user responsible. We may share the notice, including its contact information, with that user as needed to explain or resolve the claim.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers. We consider the circumstances and history of infringement, including valid counter-notices and retractions, and may restrict uploading or other features while reviewing a matter. Do not re-upload material to evade a restriction.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to the contact above with the subject “Copyright counter-notice.” Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the removal or disabling resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, plus an email address so we can respond.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where Hubl may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We forward a sufficient counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless that person notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we will restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, subject to any separate lawful basis for restricting the content under our Terms. We will explain any separate restriction.

A counter-notice shares your identifying information and includes consent to court jurisdiction. Consider legal advice if you are unsure whether to submit one. More information is available from the U.S. Copyright Office.
