Find your giving history and receipt

Your giving record lives in your profile at the church you gave to. You need to be signed in with the same email address you used when you gave — that email is what ties the gifts to you.

Go to your profile

Choose the Giving tab

The tabs run Profile, Registrations, Giving, Attendance, Communications, Trusted Pickup.

The four figures summarise the range you have filtered to, not just the page you are looking at.

Filter to a year

The history opens on All Time. Choose a year to narrow it — this is what you want for tax purposes. The totals above change with the filter.

What you are looking at

Above the table: Total Donated, Donation Count, Average Donation and Last Donation. The table itself lists each gift by Date, Amount, Fund / Category, Method and Status, twenty at a time.

Note

Only completed and refunded gifts are listed. A bank transfer that is still clearing has not completed yet, so it is not here — give it the full 3–5 business days before treating it as missing. See A gift is pending, failed, or giving is unavailable.

Where your receipt comes from

Receipts are emailed to you when a gift completes, each with its own receipt number. For a card gift that is within moments; for a bank transfer it is when the transfer clears, not when you authorised it.

Warning

There is no way to download a receipt or a yearly statement from this page. The giving history shows you the record; the receipts are the emails. If you need a statement for tax, ask the church office — they can pull your giving for a year from their own records.

If a receipt never arrived, check in this order:

Your spam folder, and any address you might have typed instead.
That the gift shows as Completed in the history above. A gift that has not completed has not generated a receipt yet.
With the church, who can see the gift and confirm which address it went to.

Gifts you made before you had an account

Gifts are matched to you by email address. If you gave as a guest and later created an account with that same address, those gifts appear here. If you used a different address, they will not — the church office can join the records up for you.

Pledges

Above your history is My Pledges. A pledge is a commitment to give an amount over a period, not an automatic payment — nothing is ever charged from it.

Choose Make a Pledge

Available once the church has set up funds.

Fill in the commitment

Pick a Category, an Amount, a Start Date and an End Date, and add a note if it helps you remember what it was for. Choose Submit Pledge.

Your active pledges are listed with their progress, and you can edit or cancel one at any time. You still give each gift yourself, in the normal way — see Give online.
