Managing Form Submissions
Review form responses, track unread submissions, add admin notes, and manage your forms inbox from the dashboard.
When someone fills out one of your forms, their response is saved as a submission and appears in your admin panel. New submissions trigger notifications (if configured) and show up as unread until you review them.
Forms Dashboard
The Forms Dashboard is the first page you see when you click Forms in the sidebar. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your form activity.
Four stat cards are displayed at the top:
- Total Forms — how many forms you have created (with active count)
- Total Submissions — all-time submission count across all forms
- Unread — submissions you have not yet reviewed (highlighted with an accent border)
- Active Forms — forms currently accepting submissions
Recent Activity
Below the stats, a Recent Activity section shows the latest responses across all forms. Each row displays:
- An unread indicator dot (filled for unread, hollow for read)
- The submitter's name or email
- A color-coded pill showing which form it came from
- The relative time of submission
Click any row to jump directly to that submission's detail view.
