Terms of service and Privacy policy are separate documents. This version clarifies organization and children’s records, payments, cancellation and records access, AI, media permissions, integrations, and copyright complaints.
For an existing user, the applicable effective date follows the notice and acceptance process described in the Terms. Publication alone does not bypass the prior policy’s protection for notice of material changes.
