Sign your children up for VBS, ask for them to be with a friend, and volunteer at the same time if you want to.
Registration is a short wizard on the church’s VBS page. It works on a phone, it saves as you go, and you can stop and come back. Most families finish in a few minutes.
Start
Open the church’s VBS event page and tap Register. What happens next depends on whether you have an account with the church:
Signed in — your family is already there, and the wizard starts with it.
Not signed in — it asks for your email first, then emails a six-digit code to confirm it is you. No password, ever.
The step counter at the top says how many steps this church’s registration has. It varies: their own questions, friend preferences and a fee each add one.
Tip
Registering for the second child, or coming back next year? Sign in first — your children, their grades and their allergies are already saved, and the whole thing takes a minute.

Check the grown-ups
The first step lists the guardians on your family. Tap one to fix a phone number or a spelling. Add another guardian adds them to your family permanently — useful for the other parent, so they get the church’s messages too.

Register my family if you are signing children up — you can still volunteer later in the same wizard. Volunteer only if you are just there to help.

Each child shows their grade and any allergy you have recorded. Tap one to correct anything that has changed — your family profile updates with it.
Each child's fee is on their card, and the step will not advance until the church's own questions are answered
Note
Too young for this event (or too old) means the church set an age or grade range for this VBS. It is not an error and you cannot override it — ask the church whether they run anything for that age.
If VBS costs something, each child’s fee is shown on their card as you select them, so the total is never a surprise at the end.
Add another child opens a fuller form: photo, name, date of birth, grade, allergies, medical notes, whether photos of them may be used, and an emergency contact. Everything except the basics is optional, and it is all saved for next time.
Tip
Fill in allergies and medical notes even if it feels like a lot. Those are the notes the snack table and the first-aid kit are working from.

Name a friend, if there is one
If the church turned friend preferences on, you can add a friend for each child. Give the friend’s real first and last name — that is what lets the church match them to another registered child.
Note
It is a request, not a promise. Churches usually group by grade first, so children a year or two apart may end up in different crews.

Say whether you can help
An optional step asks if you want to volunteer. Say yes and you pick a job from the ones the church is asking for.

Answer the church's own questions
Many churches add questions of their own — who normally collects this child, how you heard about VBS. Ones marked with * have to be answered before you can go on.

Check it, then confirm
Looks good? lists your guardians, every child with their grade and allergies, and Total today — nothing, or what is due. Any section can be edited from here. Confirm registration finishes it, and a confirmation email arrives straight away.

Tip
Keep the confirmation email. It is the quickest proof of registration if anything goes wrong on the first morning.
