Find or Fix Your Family's VBS Registration

Check what you registered, add or remove a child, cancel, or work out why you cannot sign up.

Everything about your registration lives on the same VBS event page you signed up from. Open it signed in, and the page shows you where you stand rather than asking you to register again.

Check what you registered

Signed in, the event page shows a You’re registered panel with your status and how many children are on it — Confirmed · 3 children — and two buttons: Edit registration and Cancel registration.

Signed in, the page tells you what you already have

Note

If it still offers Register, you are either signed out or signed in as someone else. Sign in with the email you registered with and look again before registering a second time.

Change what you registered

1

Choose Edit registration

The same wizard reopens at step one with everything you entered.
2

Change what you need to

Add a child on the Choose who’s joining step, or untick one who cannot come. Correct an allergy, a grade or a phone number by tapping the person.
3

Go through to the end

Changes are saved when you confirm on the last step, not as you type. A wizard you abandon halfway changes nothing.

Warning

Removing a child gives their place up. If the week is full, that place can be taken by the next family on the waitlist and you may not get it back.

Cancel

Cancel registration asks Cancel this registration? and tells you what happens: your children are unregistered, and you can sign up again later if a spot is still open. Keep registration backs out; Yes, cancel goes ahead.

Tip

Only one child dropping out? Edit the registration and untick that child instead of cancelling. Cancelling removes all of them.

When you cannot register

“This event is full.” Every place is taken. Join the waitlist puts you in the queue, and the church decides who comes off it — you will hear from them, so there is no need to register again.

“Too young for this event.” The church set an age or grade range and that child falls outside it. Nothing you do on the form can change it; ask the church whether they run something for that age.

Registration has closed. The deadline has passed. Some churches allow late sign-ups and some do not — ask, rather than assuming the week is full.

If you registered without an account

Guest registrations are confirmed by a six-digit code sent to your email, and your confirmation email is your record of the registration. If you no longer have it, ask the church office — staff can look your family up, change what you registered, or cancel it for you.

Tip

Creating an account with the same email address makes the next year’s sign-up much shorter: your children, grades and allergies are already saved.
