Where each broadcast is kept, how to save a copy as an MP4, and how to file a broadcast under the right service when it went out on the wrong stream.
Every broadcast is listed in Past streams. Whether there is a recording to play or download depends on where it went and what your church pays for.
Note
Hubl keeps recordings only with the Cloud Recording Storage add-on. Without it, a broadcast is watchable live on your website, but it is not saved on Hubl once it ends. YouTube and Facebook keep their own copies either way.
Find a broadcast

Open Past streams
Ministry → Streaming → Past streams. Each broadcast shows the service, date and time, how long it ran and its peak viewers, newest first. A YouTube or Facebook button opens that platform’s copy.

Open the service's stream
Click a broadcast to open the page for that service’s stream. Broadcast History lists every week it went out, and Recordings lists what Hubl has kept, with length and file size.
Tip
The watch page link at the top of the stream’s page is the same link every week. It is safe to share once and leave in your bulletin.
Download a recording
On the stream’s page, find the recording under Recordings and choose the download button beside Play. Hubl assembles a single MP4 in your browser, so the button shows its progress and a full service can take a few minutes. You can cancel it.
Warning
Downloading needs Chrome, Edge or the Hubl Live desktop app. Other browsers cannot save a file this large, and Hubl tells you so instead of starting.
All recordings in one place
Streaming → Past streams → Recordings lists every recording your church has, and the total storage they use. You can Play one here. To download, open the service’s stream as above.
Delete removes a recording from Hubl permanently. It does not touch the YouTube or Facebook copy. Deleting needs Manage live streaming.
Note
Recordings are billed by how much storage they use. Your plan decides whether they are kept indefinitely or removed automatically after a period. The Recordings page does not show an expiry date, so download anything you need to keep for good.
A broadcast went out on the wrong stream
If someone chose Just go live instead of the service, the broadcast is filed under a separate stream. On your website that Sunday looks skipped. Move it, and its recording goes with it.

Open the stream it landed on
In Past streams, click the broadcast. It will be titled something like Live Stream - Aug 30, 2026.

Choose Move…
On the broadcast in Broadcast History, choose Move…, then pick the service under Move to.
The closest service date is picked for you. Check it before you move.

Check the date under File it under
Pick the service date the broadcast belongs to. The closest one is already selected. If you pick a date that already has a broadcast, the dialog says This move can’t go through, because that Sunday would then appear twice.

Choose Move broadcast
You land on the service’s stream with the broadcast in its history and its recording in the list. Nothing is deleted, and you can move it back the same way.
Warning
Delete beside a broadcast in Broadcast History removes the broadcast and its Hubl recording for good. Use it only for a false start or a test. To tidy up, use Move.
