What the texts are
Your church sends text messages to volunteers who agree to them. The texts are about your serving schedule: requests to serve, reminders, and changes such as a new time or a cancelled date. They may include a link to answer. They are not marketing.
How you agree
You agree by turning on texts on your profile, from a link in a schedule email, or by telling your church on a card or in person. If you tell your church, an administrator records it. In every case we text you once to confirm, and texts start only after you reply YES. Agreeing is not required to serve.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your schedule. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Reply START or YES to get them again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@hubl.life.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with, or sold to, third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy and the terms of service.
